Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Product is in Offer.
  • After 10 days of use.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We know you are excited to receive your purchase! First, please check your email and SMS for your tracking link, which will provide the most up-to-date location of your package from our courier partner.

Occasionally, deliveries may experience slight delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, high courier volumes, or local logistical issues. If your order has passed the estimated delivery date and the tracking information hasn’t updated in a few days, please don’t worry. We will immediately investigate the delay with our shipping partners and ensure your package reaches you safely!

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our courier partners typically operate and deliver packages on standard business days (Monday through Saturday). Deliveries are generally not made on Sundays or recognized National and State public holidays. If your estimated delivery date happens to fall on a public holiday, you can expect your package to be delivered safely on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We strive to deliver to as many locations as possible across the country!

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Currently, we do not offer a next-day delivery option. However, our team works diligently to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible! Our standard delivery timeline is typically 3 to 4 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No, a physical signature is not strictly required to receive your package. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partners will gladly hand over the package to a family member, a trusted neighbor, or your building’s reception/security desk. (Note: For some prepaid orders, the delivery executive may request a simple OTP sent to your registered mobile number just to ensure a secure handover).
